Nylon-MXD6 can be easily used in co-extrusion and/or co-injection with not only polyolefins but also other polymers with high processing temperature, like Nylon-6, Nylon-66 and PET. As shown in Fig. 6, the processing temperature range of Nylon-MXD6 overlaps those of other various polymers. This is one of the biggest reasons why Nylon-MXD6 is used in PET multilayer bottles, PET blend bottles and Nylon-6 multilayer and blend films and sheets.
